1. Security

All payment links are generated exclusively through our payment provider, Adyen, and direct customers to Adyen’s secure hosted checkout page. We will never ask you to share card details directly with us. Please ensure the payment page URL begins with https://pay.adyen.com before entering any information.

2. Validity of Links

Each payment link is unique, single-use, and time-limited. Expired links cannot be reused; a new link will be issued upon request.

3. Communication of Links

Payment links are only sent to customers via verified email addresses or phone numbers provided to us. We will never send a payment link through public channels or unsolicited messages.

4. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is completed, you will receive an electronic receipt/confirmation from Adyen and/or Modern Burg Supply. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

5. Customer Responsibility

Do not share your payment link with others.
Always confirm the payment amount and details shown before completing your transaction.
If you suspect a fraudulent or incorrect link, do not proceed with payment and contact us immediately at accounting@modernburg.com or call us  818-275-7888.

6. Refunds & Disputes

Payments made via Pay by Link are subject to our standard refund and cancellation policies.
